Busan, May 24, 2018 – The Government of Nigeria has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the African Risk Capacity (ARC) to work together to address the impact of extreme weather events in Nigeria, including training support to government personnel. The African Risk Capacity’s (ARC) annual Conference of Parties (CoP) convened this month in Mauritania, with all signatories of ARC invited to attend.
