Despite previous commitments made by developed countries on climate finance, there is still no clear reflection of this on the ground.  What should be done to stimulate the most developed countries to deliver on their financial commitments in favour of reducing the effects of climate change in most countries, especially in Africa where women and the vulnerable continue to carry the burden?
